A signed event waiver will be required by each participant before you can download your QR code to access your ticket. A link to obtain waivers for all registrants will be shown on the confirmation page and will be emailed to each registrant individually.

No cancellations or refunds will be provided for any reason. You may transfer your ticket to another NextHome member by notifying us in writing at [email protected]. All substitution/transfer requests will be processed within 3 business days. Attendee substitutions/transfers up to 14 days prior to the event will require a $50 fee. Substitutions/transfers within 14 days of the event will require a $100 fee. Payment to the transferor of the original ticket registration minus the transfer fee will automatically be refunded to the original credit card only after payment has been received from the transferee. If your transfer is not confirmed by our Member Services team 14 days prior to the event, please call us to confirm your substitution/transfer at 855-925-6398.

Our NextHome Franchise Owner Summit is designed to help you grow your business - at the right pace, at the right time, and in the best way for you. Sessions are highly interactive and we squeeze in as much peer-to-peer collaboration as we can into the agenda. We will be covering the following topics:

Optional: Train the Trainer

(Sept. 14th from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM Eastern | Limited seats available!)

Our Train the Trainer program is an optional course for NextHome brokers with a passion for real estate education. You will learn how to understand your audience and effectively present in front of a class, demonstrate understanding of the material while adding your own style to it, and position yourself as a valuable resource to other real estate professionals in your area.

Upon completing this program, you will become a NextHome Certified Instructor and enter an elite group of NextHomies who are certified to teach NAR designations/certifications to other REALTORS® in your market. A great opportunity to develop an additional revenue stream while supporting the career development of your peers.

This course requires you to present in front of the group and work through constructive criticism by your peers in order to improve as a speaker and presenter.

In order to take this course, you must: 

  • Be a licensed REALTOR® in good standing with no restrictions or suspensions on your real estate license.
  • Be a current holder of the ABR® Designation BEFORE the September 14th, 2023 course. This can be attained via an online course HERE, or through an in-person local course. The in-person courses can be found HERE. 

By successfully completing our Train the Trainer course, you will be approved to teach The National Association of REALTORS® NextHome Certified Course that you have as a Designation/Certification.
