As a NextHome, Inc. event attendee, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

I agree to adhere to any and all safety protocols implemented by federal, state, or county officials, by NextHome, any facilities or venues at which the event is to be held, or any third-party organizations providing services, recreation, or entertainment at the event. Agreement by you to comply with applicable safety protocols is a condition of your invitation to this event. Failure to comply with any and all safety protocols will result in being asked to leave the event with no refund of your ticket purchase.

I agree NOT to attend the event in person if I am experiencing or exhibiting any COVID-19 related symptoms as outlined by the federal and state Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), such as fever, dry cough, or shortness of breath. For a list of symptoms from the CDC, please visit their website at https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/symptoms-testing/symptoms.html

I agree to assume all of the foregoing risks and accept sole responsibility for any expense, liability, illness, injury, disability, or death related to the event. NextHome is not responsible for and will not be held liable for any lost, stolen or damaged property or merchandise. I hereby release, covenant not to sue, discharge, and hold harmless NextHome, Inc. from all claims arising out of attendance. I understand and agree that this release of liability includes any claims towards NextHome, Inc., as well as event personnel or representatives, before, during, or after attendance and participation at the event.

I agree to be courteous and respectful to those around me and refrain from behavior that interferes with others' ability to enjoy the event. I will refrain from demeaning, discriminatory or harassing behavior and speech, be mindful of my surroundings and of my fellow participants, and alert event organizers if I notice a dangerous situation or someone in distress. I will comply with all requests from event staff regarding operational and emergency procedures, and wear my bracelet and/or badge, if one is provided to me, at all times while at the event or event venues.I understand unacceptable behavior will not be tolerated whether by an attendee, media, speaker, volunteer, organizer, venue staff, partner, sponsor, or exhibitor.

Please be advised that any guest(s) can be removed from the event at any time at the event organizer's discretion. Should you be asked to leave, you will not receive a refund. Anyone asked to stop unacceptable behavior is expected to immediately comply. If anyone is found to be engaging in unacceptable behavior, the event organizers may take any action they deem appropriate, up to and including expulsion from the event without warning or refund and if appropriate, involvement of local law enforcement. Unacceptable behaviors include:

1. Intimidating, harassing, abusive, discriminatory, derogatory, or demeaning conduct by any attendee of the event or related event activities. Many event venues are shared with members of the public; please be respectful to all patrons of these locations.

2. Physical or verbal abuse, intimidation, threats, annoyance, harassment, stalking, pushing, shoving or use of any physical force whatsoever against any person, which in any way creates a disturbance that is disruptive or dangerous, or creates apprehension in a person, as determined by the event and its management, in their sole discretion.

3. Possession of a weapon or any item that can be used as a weapon, which may be used to threaten or cause injury to others if used in a certain manner.

4. Any destruction or vandalizing of personal property or event site or materials.

5. Any boisterous, lewd or offensive behavior or language, using sexually explicit or offensive language or conduct, profanity, obscene gestures, or racial, religious or ethnic slurs.

6. Possessing any open can, bottle or other receptacle containing any alcoholic beverages, except in areas specifically designated for the consumption of alcohol or being intoxicated, as determined by the event, in any event, venue or function. Please drink responsibly.

7. Possessing any illegal substance, including but not limited to narcotics, marijuana, or other illegal drugs. The event does not tolerate the use or abuse of illegal substances anywhere in the event venues.

8. Smoking or vaping is not permitted, other than in designated areas.

9. Any other illegal activity not already covered above.

No cancellations or refunds will be provided for any reason at all for paid events. You may transfer your non-bundle priced ticket for the 2025 NextHome Summit to another NextHome member by notifying us in writing at [email protected]. This does NOT apply to the 2025 Event Bundle ticket. All 2025 Summit Event Bundle Tickets are non-transferable. All substitution/transfer requests for regular-price tickets will be processed within three business days. Attendee substitutions/transfers up to 14 days prior to the event will require a $50 fee. Substitutions/transfers within 14 days of the event will require a $100 fee. Payment to the transferer of the original ticket registration minus the transfer fee will automatically be refunded to the original credit card only after payment has been received from the transferee. If your transfer is not confirmed by our Member Services team 14 days prior to the event, please call us to confirm your substitution/transfer at 855-925-6398. Any free ($0.00) event is excluded from this paragraph.

Upon ticket purchase, you should receive an email confirmation. If you do not receive an email confirmation, your ticket purchase was not completed. Please check your inbox and spam folders as only confirmed attendees will be admitted.

Participation in or attendance at events by NextHome, Inc constitutes the voluntary consent of the participant or attendee to: (a) be photographed, filmed, or videotaped and (b) the reproduction and use of all such photographs, digital images, films, and likenesses for promotional and marketing materials across all media venues, all without further notice or compensation to participant or attendee who hereby releases to NextHome, Inc all proprietary rights and copyrights in all such photographs, digital images, films and likenesses which shall be and remain the property of NextHome, Inc.
